Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Membership Coordinator. As the Membership Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our membership program. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Duties:
- Manage membership database and ensure accurate and up-to-date member information
- Process new member applications and renewals
- Coordinate membership events, including planning, logistics, and execution
- Provide exceptional customer support to members, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Assist with order entry and inventory management for membership materials
- Serve as a personal assistant to the Membership Director, providing administrative support as needed
- Coordinate projects related to membership recruitment and retention
- Transcribe meeting minutes and maintain organized records
- Assist with general office tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Google Suite
- Previous experience working in a dental office or similar healthcare setting is preferred
- Strong event planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with members and address their needs
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience in order entry and inventory management is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,400.00 per month
